7. Payment and Billing

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, except for matters eligible for small claims court.

14.2 Jurisdiction

Users consent to the jurisdiction of courts in Albuquerque, New Mexico, for legal matters outside arbitration.
